Portland to Become Sanctuary for AWOL Soldiers?

  1. Is Portlandistan deciding to secede from America? Only Federal Laws they agree with apply?

    What other laws can citizen groups decide they will no longer follow, without repercussions?

    In my thoughts, any city that decides to dishonor our Military in such a manner should see a 100% cut-off of any Federal Funds.

    Let the has been hippies, war critics and deserters band together and pay for everything.

  3. Why shouldn't Portland become a sanctuary for AWOL's and military deserters? After all, Portland has become a sanctuary for a whole lot of illegal aliens with the blessings of Tommy and the Toadies, Teddy the Useless and his Useful (or should that be Useless)idiots, Bill Bradbury and Hardy Har Har Myer.

    Maybe I should include Victoria's posters Iago, Kloin, and David Appell as well as all the various and sundry anonymouses who regularly post pro-illegal alien statements on Daniel's blogspot, as well.

  5. I would agree with you Lew. But its sad to to see that Portland wishes to become another Berkley. Take out the Rose Fleet visits during the festival.. remove the Air Guard unit at PDX airport and send the aircraft to another location.. perhaps Kinsley Field down near Klamath Falls. Remove all guard armories and units to more deserving locations in the state. Relocate the Portland Military Entrance Processing station to another city.

    But.. I live in Portland, I would have to pay more money because of the hippies and the left wing nutts.. I would see the political swamp here get changed.. but Portland is too crazy to do that..
