Democrats Refuse To Stand For Pledge of Allegiance

Background

With failed clown Al Franken taking the Senate seat from Minnesota, New York State Democrats refusing to stand for our Pledge of Allegiance and Obama joining in with other socialists demanding the return of a deposed wannabe dictator to Honduras, after he was legally removed for violating their constitution, ordered by the Honduran Supreme Court and Congress, I guess the joke is on America after all.

Can we question their patriotism now?

You forgot to mention Governor Sanford. Just an oversight I am sure.

Whining about a 5-0 decision by the Minnesota Supreme Court while condoning a military coup in Honduras, all in the same sentence. Somebody needs to get their priorities straight.

Sitting doesn't sound like a bad thing. I know many that would. I think Public Enemy has it right.

Aintnuttin Buttersong by Public Enemy

We got so much soul
You can damn near see it
Spinnin on a 45
I've come to the conclusion
Clear the confusion
My point is to rock
Dis funky joint
Dont you know
I got tangled
In the star spangled banner
In the middle of Alabama
Or was it Tennesee or Arkansas
New York & Cali got the same
Amount of race rallys
I know they wanna hang me
Straight around the neck
So I'm knockin off the hand checks
So you can
When I say what it is
It ain't nutting but a song

Krackas, killas, kidnappas
KKK tryes to blame it on the rappers
They dont count the ones
That bounce to the 40 ounce
Or the runts dat get stunted
By the bluntz
This time I'm gonna take it down the line
To the ones that are ready
They be holdin it steady
When a song so wrong
So many be singin it
Strangled tangled
Caught in a spangled
Banner got em on dat camera
Stars I'm seein from
A beatdown in a slamma
O say can you see
But you cant
Uncle Sammy wears the pants
Toms his bitch
When he's swingin a switch
Rather stick da poor up
And give it to da rich
I always thought dat power
Was to the people, we the people
O say can I see we ain't people

When I pledge allegiance
I shoulda got a sticka
1st grade2nd grade
I shoulda just kicked a
Verse in the middle of class
Instead of singin bout bombs
Like a dumb ass
Land of the free
Home of the brave
And hell with us nigas we slaves
That shoulda been the last line
Of a song that's wrong form to get
So when everybody stand
I sit

The red is for blood shed
The blue is for the sad ass songs
We be singin in church while white man's heaven is black man's hell
The stars what we way when we
Got our ass beat
Stripes whip marks in our backs
White is for the obvious (ain't no black in that flag)

Notice, not one of the resident neo-coms had anything to say about their New York brethern refusing to stand fothe pledge of allegiance or the one who began to being pulled back down.

I guess questioning their patriotism isn't in order after all.

You cannot question what one doesn't have.

No wonder Obama and his Dem cabal are demanding ousted Honduran Manuel Zelaya be returned to power, none of them support law and order or follow constitutions either.

Oh, Me. . .you just love being an antagonist, don't you? You thrive on it. Makes me think you'd say the sky was purple just to get a rise. . .
Standing for the pledge is about respect for your country and allegiance to its founding principles. That the NY Democrats refused to stand shows their lack of respect for our flag & country and also for the founding principles they claim to hold so dear to their hearts.

A little irony for Public Enemy is that our country's FREEDOM allowed them to write that horrid song and find success in the music (that is what you call that drivel, right?!) industry. I don't know much about them but maybe they are on to something since they have presumably made millions. . .that automatically makes them the "public enemy" of our current government.

Cheese--Al Franken was a funny comedian and should have stuck with that gig. Well, come to think of it, he'll fit in just fine with some of the other jokers in the Senate (if only he was going to the House--he could lead that circus).

iago--How do Sanford's actions, albeit showing an enormous lack of judgment and extreme stupidity, have anything to do with the country at large? This may surprise you but I think he should resign. . .he's finished politically and he needs to focus on repairing the damage this has done to his family, especially his children.

Don't knock entertainers. Afer all we had a president that made a movie with a chimpanzee.

Why? Has Gov. Sanford refused to stand for The Pledge?

And now, we have a president who leads like one.

Iago..

What are dose Governor Sanford have to do with the article that is the basis of this article?

Sanford has his own problems.. and so dose the senator from Nevada. They are BOTH men who cheated on their wifes. But it has nothing to do with what was shown in that video.

But the issue is.. Democrats are playing political playground games in the legislature of New York. But you noticed.. One Democrat was going to stand to recite the pledge of allegiance and he was pulled down by fellow Democrats.

Its PROOF that Democrats are playing games both at the federal level and the state level of government. They do not care about this country.. only to push their agenda.

I suggest you read Senator DeMints book Saving Freedom.. you might be surprised on what he has to say about whats going on in our congress today.

This is true, Iago. But unlike Obama, he didn't need the chimp to write his policies.

iago said...

I sincerely doubt that Obama needs W to write his policies.

Lew Waters said...

No, Iago, B HO is just carrying forward and reissuing many policies of Bush that he complained about during the campaign.

So, once again, the jokes on you.

At this point I'm thinking Bonzo would do a better job in congress. . .
anything is better than the snakes we have in there now.

If the Senate does pass Cap and Trade then we all need to save our pennies (many, many of them!) as there is a clause in it that will require EVERYONE to retrofit their homes so they meet "eco-standards" before selling them. Of course "eco-standards" could mean ANYTHING and the cost to taxpayers and consumers will be profound.

I'm SHOCKED. . .that angry young man in my congressman's office swore to me that I'd only see "a SLIGHT increase in my energy bill" each month as a result of Cap and Trade. I'm sure that my congressman just happened to miss that page as he painstakingly read the entire bill, right??!!

Lies upon lies and a circus full of monkeys to boot. Get your tickets now kids, the show just keeps getting better and better!

Hey iago. . .have you noticed all the things Obama is doing that are similar (or downright the same) as Bush? YIKES! I know that makes the funny feeling running up your leg run cold.
Sorry to break it to you but Obama isn't the "hope and change" people thought he would be!
Sure he talks a good talk and is "changing" some things (not necessarily for the better) because he's got congress in his pocket, but for the most part, he'll operate "business as usual" in Washington.

Considering that W. could actually come up with policies that didn't fail from the moment they were implemented, perhaps Obama should call the old boy up and ask for a favor.
