PLOC-ers (Occupy Portland) Says "NO" To My Request for a Free Speech Table on May Day

They offered tables for those groups espousing justice and upholding rights.

There will be tables available in the park from 2-9pm.
If your group or organization would like space at a table for materials, email . Tabling is available for groups advocating human rights, worker's rights, and social justice. No candidate campaigning and no selling of products are allowed. 

If anybody qualifies to hold forth about justice and rights it's me and the Tea Party so I wrote the request:

I'd like to reserve a space for a table at your event tomorrow. I and my group advocate social justice for all of Portland. This meets your criteria:

 "Tabling is available for groups advocating human rights, worker's rights, and social justice. No candidate campaigning and no selling of products are allowed." Please let me know details.

But, alas, I got the word late yesterday that I couldn't be a part of their May Day because my "ideology" is all wrong:

The terms of the agreement for tabling include working toward social
justice. While we appreciate your application for a table at the event,
your show advocates an ideology that does not match the quality of justice required by the May Day Coalition. We encourage you to improve your efforts during this next year and reapply in 2013.

Well, I shall certainly go about a self improvement effort so I can reapply in 2013. Heh.
