Occupy Gets Special Rights. Again.

The City of Portland told Occupy Portland last week that it could no longer use Directors Park for their General Assemblies. It seemed fair enough, after all this is the same park that a photographer was kicked out of for taking pictures professionally. That issue is dealt with in this post.

Now we learn that Occupy Portland will be allowed to stay in Directors Park. Will the same rule apply to photographers? From the Smirkury:

The letter maybe was more indelicate than it needed to be, however.
