Metro to Hire Puppeteer (Insert Joke Here)
H/T to Stumptown Blogger and Kacey Montoya who called my attention to this ad in today's Oregonian:
I thought I'd best check it out and, yup, the entity that represents the extra layer of government between Cities, Counties and the State now has a need for a puppeteer.
A Government Puppeteer. And you thought that was what the Oregonian was for.

You know Victoria. I guess Sam Adams is pulling the strings. I can not wait til January 2013 when we have no Sam Adams in Portland question is will Jefferson Smith or Charlie Hales be any better
ReplyDeleteYou know one might surmise that the new part time ticket seller position is due to the puppeteer, but really it is more likely and appropriate that the position is because Metro contemplates selling tickets to the next CRC meeting. If it wasn't so expensive the CRC meeting would be the best comedy venue in town!
