John Ellis was caught by a crew of Conservative activists in Clark County. Using a game camera, the bunch caught the man who had been stealing signs for weeks.

At first the Vancouver City Attorney told my producer, Eric Peterson, that the man may simply have been protesting any sign put in the area, thinking they were outlawed. I guess they figured out this coward was a Democrat political hack.
