| OPPRESSIVES GO AFTER GOP. AGAIN. |
We've seen this from the Oppressives before. Clark County Republicans have been the victims of stolen signs--worse this year than in previous years-- and now, for the fourth time in the past 15 years, partisan vandals have tried to scare the GOP into retreat.
As spokeswoman Anna Miller told me on the air Friday,
Intimidation "We're not going to be intimidated. Signs have been stolen and vandalized at record numbers. A number of our candidates have been attacked [by these vandals]. We're going to continue doing what we do."
Oppressives, who feel the pressure from a strengthening GOP and disastrous policies of Barack Obama, have made intimidation a staple in this year's campaign. We've seen its effects from Occupy Portland--a union effort to intimidate and distract an entire country from Obama's failures-- to the hate mail and threats sent to a Clackamas County business owner when he put up an anti Obama sign in his Lake Oswego shop window. Find his story here.
And now this. This is an overt attempt to intimidate Republicans. If this were a concerted effort against people who believed in, hmmm, Islam for instance, these instances would be considered hate crimes.
We're on our own, Conservatives so gird your loins.
We're in for a fight and the difference now is: we're ready.
