This morning at 9:30am in room 734 of the Multnomah County Courthouse
Judge Youlee You will be deciding whether or not we will have an
opportunity for a fair election for the first time since all vote by
mail was implemented.
For years our own Secretary of State has actually been
instructing all county clerks to violate Oregon Election Law ORS 254.
483 and instead follow administrative rules allowing them to retain
leftover un-used ballots until well after the law dictates that these
ballots be destroyed which happens to be on Election night "immediately
after 8pm…"

Why does this
matter? Because if we have all voted and the they are counting our
ballots these left over ballots may be filled out to give a candidate or
initiative an underserved victory.
