PPB Cops Rally Around Fellow Officer Paralyzed in Freak Accident

A friend of mine works for Portland Police Bureau.  He is reaching out to help one of the boys in blue.  One of the Bureau's Officers got injured while training.  A large tree fell striking him.  As a result of this tragic accident he is now paralyzed from the waist down.  Extreme Products a local business is auctioning off a shotgun, all proceeds going to the officer and his family.  If interested in purchasing a ticket you can contact me or go to this website.

“Give a little, Gain a lot” Campaign

Extreme Products will be raffling off a Remington 870 Express Shotgun to help assist Officer Paul Meyer and his family as a result of a traumatic accident Officer Paul Meyer was involved in.  On November 19, 2012 Portland Police Officer Paul Meyer was involved in an accident while participating in an ATV training class.  While participating in the class, a large tree described as “a telephone pole size” fell down onto Officer Meyer’s head and back.  Officer Meyer was transported to a nearby trauma hospital and remains in critical condition.  Reports have been given that Officer Meyer is paralyzed from the waist down.  Officer Meyer has been with the Portland Police Bureau for 19 years and is assigned to the Training Division.  Officer Meyer has worked in Patrol, Training and is a member of the Portland Police Bureau’s S.E.R.T. (Special Emergency Reaction Team).  Extreme Products will be selling tickets for $1.00 each until December 21, 2012 and all of the proceeds raised will go to Paul Meyer and his family during this life changing event.   To purchase a ticket(s) online, please go to Extreme Products Raffle page located on the side menu and purchase away or just scroll down on our HOME page and click on the Paul Meyer Raffle Ticket.  Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the store.
