Pornland: No Pants Party in Downtown Portland

The home of a naked (man) bike ride, gay parade (clothing optional), a variety of runs with little or no clothes, and now we have a "No Pants Party." Tri Met drivers were forwarned (here). Wonder if their passengers and their kids were (answer: no).
